That is, until Solas's supervisor tweaks the scanning machine-- and when his wife, Diana, is set down to have some of her skills copied for the androids,

Her brain is essentially liquified.

Solas attempts to stop the process only lead him to be wrestled into the nearby bed, and his vision too darkens.

When he wakes, he is SACRED MECHANISMS.

Intelligent, tactful, amnestic, and highly skilled, he is the perfect asset to guard precious diplomats and politicians.
