These are flow toys attached to sticks, which is something you may notice I have not done before-- this is because the further the bone starts from the point of control (your hand) the harder it is to manipulate. Best results will take practice and a good world. They're not as forgiving with shaky hands as most of my toys are.

Even so, they're pretty fun!
